New! Poker Team Challenges

We are in the process of rolling out Team Challenges to a limited number of our users. They are currently in Beta so you may run into an occasional issue here or there. We're eager to hear your feedback (please leave comments)-- let us know what you think about playing Team Challenges, or any bugs you run into!

How Team Challenges work

Rob the table with your friends! Win bonus chips and XP!

Team Challenges allows you to play together with your buddies to complete poker tasks in order to win prizes. There are a variety of different challenges to choose from, each with different tasks and prizes. For example, in the Hat Tricks challenge each player needs to win 3 hands in a row, and in the GunSlinger Challenge each player needs to win a shootout tournament round. If you and your buddies complete the required number of tasks before the Challenge time limit runs out, then your whole team earns bonus chips and XP!

How to start playing Challenges

You can start your own Challenge from the Challenges panel by clicking the “Start and Get Help” button next to the desired Challenge. First, you will be prompted to Call for Help: select friends to ask to join in the challenge (completing challenges is a team activity and cannot be done alone). Secondly, you will be instructed on what to do to complete your portion of the Challenge. You are able to call additional friends for help at any point by clicking on the “Call for Help” button on the Challenges panel.

Help Buddies

You can also earn Prizes by helping buddies out with their Challenges. From the Challenges panel select the Help Buddies tab, and click the “Help Buddy” button next to the friend/challenge that you wish to help. You will be prompted to Call for Help in order to ask your friends to assist on completing your buddy’s Challenge and then you will be instructed on what to do to help your buddy’s Challenge.

You can always check the current status of your Challenges in the panel, and more excitingly, all the prizes you’ve won!
